St John Vianney Parish has been a hub of many cultures for years. Since the time of Fr Lenihan, the presence of the Samoan Community has been active and involved in many activities of the parish.
Every second Sunday of each month at 9 am Mass they lead the music ministry, decorating the Altar, readings and welcoming the parishioners. After the celebration of the mass, they provide the community with morning tea.
In June, the led the cultural Mass and the focus of the celebration on the Sacred Heart of Jesus.
They are also active in social activities of the parish. Every Saturday at 7 am they lead the Parish Zumba Exercise for healthy community. Everyone is invited to join them.
